Rotary Clubs have a way of “promoting dynamic, informative and entertaining speakers,” they call it the Speakers Bureau. It’s a link on their District website. New study shows that: “Nearly all state-level policies to encourage organ donation have had no observable effect on the rate of organ donation and transplantation in the United States.”
